Support
Most answers are in the app: Settings › Help & FAQ. If something still doesn’t work, write to support@ironlab.io. Please tell us your TV’s brand and model, your iPhone’s iOS version, and what happens. We usually answer within two working days.
- The TV is on, and your iPhone and the TV are on the same Wi-Fi (not mobile data, not a guest network).
- Local Network access is on: iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network.
- A VPN or iCloud Private Relay can hide your TV. Turn them off and try again.
- Some TVs ask once to allow the remote. Look at the TV screen and choose Allow.
My TV isn’t found
Restart the TV and the Wi-Fi router, then open the app again. If your router has separate 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks, put the iPhone on the same one as the TV. You can also add the TV by its IP address: on the TV, look in the network settings for the address, then add it in the app.
The TV asks for a code or to allow the remote
Choose Allow on the TV, or type the code shown on the TV into the app. If you chose Deny by mistake, the help pages in the app show where each brand keeps the list of allowed devices.
